Delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your MUSUWA account and associated data in the app or from this page.

Delete in the app

Sign in to MUSUWA.
Open Settings → Privacy and Security → Delete Account.
Follow the identity verification steps and confirm deletion.

If you cannot use the app

Include your registered email address or phone number and username. We may request additional identity verification to protect your account.

Data that will be deleted

Account and profile information.
Server-side messages, media, files, and associated content.
Friends, groups, settings, and notification tokens associated with the account.

We may retain limited records only when necessary for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance, and only for the relevant purpose and period.
